You can input all your vital information you'd like into the Notifications area with a few simple clicks for everyone who needs it. Below you'll find the steps on how to create, edit, and activate Notifications.

How to Add Notifications
1. ClassLink Management Console -> Notifications.
2. Click the green Add button.
3. Enter a Title, Message, Start Date and End Date of the notification.
4. Click Save.
5. Click the Assign button to select specific Profiles, Groups, or apply to All Users.
You have the option to always display a message when users logins in by switching ON the toggle under Always Show.
Changes to Read Status
Making changes to a notification (title, content, date) would flag the notification as unread for any users who have previously read it.
You may set notifications in advance by setting a start date. Any notifications set in the future will not appear until the designated start date.
In order to keep school IT administrators up to date with the latest news and announcements, we have added the ability for ClassLink to broadcast global notifications to all users who are members of the Tenant Administrators profile.
Notifications from ClassLink are indicated by a star icon in the notification area.
