There are multiple ways you can assign your apps - to ClassLink profiles, groups or users. Select the tab from the top for Profile, Group or Users. Now just click on Add or the trash icon to assign/unassign apps. That's it! Thinking of a particular app or resource? Check out the App Library first! Adding an app from the App Library put it in your Assign Apps list - now you can assign the app to your users!

When an app is assigned, it can no longer be set to Enterprise and users will not be able to add it from the district app library.
The groups you've added play a huge role when deciding to assign apps. Avoid using groups with ALL Students or ALL Teachers. Utilize smaller groups like building groups (ES/MS/HS Students or Teachers) or groups by graduation year (2017Students, 2018 Students etc) to give you the ability to assign grade specific apps.
There are multiple ways you can assign apps, to profiles, groups or users - but now you can assign apps into folders! Users can manage their apps by creating their own folders. This allows admins to create locked folders which users cannot delete, add/remove apps, or rename the folder.
Folders are managed on the application level. Each individual app needs to be assigned to a profile, group, or user in the Assign Apps tab in order for the folder to appear.
Assign apps via Roster Server
You can now assign apps to orgs, courses, or classes in RosterServer. If you wish to make use of this feature, contact our helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org so it can be activated. Do not assign apps to orgs courses, or classes unless this feature has been activated. Once activated, simply assign the desired app to the orgs, courses, or classes you want through the Classlink Management Console. Users in the org, course, or class will then be able to use the app.
The sync between Roster Server and OneClick occurs nightly at 2 AM UTC. If your RosterServer sync is set after this time, any changes made by imports will not be reflected until the next sync. Set your sync before 2 AM UTC to avoid this. For information on how to change sync time, see the Settings page documentation.
