The user's tab displays the total number of users in your ClassLink system - both active directory accounts and non-AD/email based accounts. AD accounts are automatically populated in the user's lists after AD groups have been synced. For email-based accounts, accounts can be created manually or imported into the system.
Network mapped drives, Windows apps are not available for email-based accounts.
|1||Click on the New User button|
|3||Select normal authentication type|
|4||Input an email formatted account. [email protected] An actual email account is not needed|
|5||Input and confirm a password|
|6||Complete the display, first, and last name fields|
|9||Search the newly created account, click the Assign Group Icon on the far right, select group(s)|
The new account can login! Remember, email-based accounts do not require a school code to login
To import (bulk create) new email-based accounts follow these quick and easy steps.
Groups need to be created first before importing users. Importing has to be done for each group

|6||Select a profile|
|7||Select and upload the file|
You've just bulk created email-based accounts! Your users are ready to login!
