Audience: ClassLink Administrator
The Users section of the Management Console, under Groups & Users displays all of the users in your ClassLink system. Accounts are automatically populated in this section after groups have been synced or after users have logged into their ClassLink LaunchPad account and have, therefore, been auto-provisioned.
Note: In order to use the New User or Import User feature found in this Users section, please refer to the Email-Based Accounts documentation.
Clicking the blue button in the Actions column for a desired user will show you the list of all groups, with the groups the user is assigned to a the top of the list.
Clicking the Assigned Only checkbox will filter out all groups the user is not a part of.
Impersonation and Preview
A ClassLink Administrator can use this section to Impersonate or Preview users' accounts for troubleshooting purposes.
- In the ClassLink Management Console, go to Groups & Users -> Users.
- For the desired user, under the Actions column, click to impersonate a user to interact with their account as the user would. Note that admins cannot be impersonated.
- Alternatively, click to preview a user's account to view what that user's MyApps screen looks like.
- In order to return to the Administrator account after impersonating a user, go to My Profile and click the Back to Admin link. When previewing, simply close the browser tab.

Clicking the purple button will bring up that user's active sessions.
You will then be able to end individual sessions by clicking the End Session button of the desired session, or end multiple sessions by clicking the checkbox next to each session and clicking the End Selected Sessions button.
