The Logins section displays the login information for all users in your ClassLink system. You can filter by group by clicking on the Filter button in the top right corner. You can filter by organization or groups.
Browser and Operating Systems breaks down into 5 different data graphs. These graphs evaluate the potential trends and performance of each browser by showing its usage statistics.
Audit Pages lets you inspect any changes made in groups, user, or apps. It examines an individual's action and documents a report summary.
Summary Reports is broken down into 4 detailed categories: Group Login, Group Applications, OneRoster Logins, and OneRoster Apps. This brief summary outlines the date, name, and activities in an organized list. There is even an option to filter and modify your search!
How to give teachers access to Analytics:
Typically, only Tenant Administrators have access to ClassLink Analytics but there is a process to give select teachers access to ClassLink Analytics.
- Open Analytics from the ClassLink Management Console and navigate to Settings in the Analytics page.
- At the bottom of the Settings page, There is a section called "User Permission List". From here you can Add Users from a list and apply those changes to give access to users.
- Once those users have been added to the User Permission List, assign the ClassLink Analytics app to the user.
- The user can then launch the app to view ClassLink Analytics.
