Located on the cloud desktop, the My Files is your place to access and store documents and files.
Once opening the My Files, you will see all of your folders. The folders with cloud icon signify cloud storage. The folders, if any, that have a windows icon indicate files stored on your school network. If you have access to your school network folders, click the file with a windows icon to see all of your files and documents - now available on any device - instantaneously!
When you click on a document, you will be presented with an action menu. The action menu is summarized in the table below.
|Copy||Copy the file from the current location to any cloud storage provider.|
|Send documents to any Air Print connected printers.|
|Open In||Open the file with an application on the iPad that supports the file.|
|Send the file using the local email client or ClassLink's email servers.|
|Send to Google||Send the file to Google Docs viewer.|
|Send to Office 365 Live||Send the file to Office 365 Live viewer.|
|Edit||Edit the document in a cloud editor.|
|Maximize||Full-screen view of the file.|
- You can link your Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox to LaunchPad. Just click on the appropriate service provider and accept the request.
