Launch the ClassLink SAML Console
After logging in to the SAML Console, click on COPY EXISTING from the navigation menu on top. This will present a list of pre-configured SAML templates.
Search for and copy the Vista Higher Learning template from the library.
The service provider configuration will now appear in your ClassLink SAML Console Dashboard. Click on the 3 dots under the Tasks Column and Edit. Complete the Login URL for your school district/organization and update the metadata URL. VHL's metadata URL can be obtained from your VHL support agent. Click Update on the bottom of the page to save your changes and return to the dashboard.
Clicking on the clipboard icon will copy the ClassLink IDP Metadata URL. Please provide it to your Vista Higher Learning support agent.
Once the IDP metadata has been imported on their end, copy our IDP Initiate Login URL and create the SAML application in your ClassLink management console. For more information on how to do this, please refer to our support article.
