The Dashboard section shows you an overview of your district's information. This includes logins, top used apps, and most active users, groups, and schools.
In addition to the Overview, you can also create custom dashboards with multiple tiles from different locations. Using a drag-and-drop interface, a maximum of 4 custom dashboards can be created per user. This feature is restricted to users with full permissions.
To add a new dashboard next to Overview click the Plus (+) icon and from there you will be brought to the custom dashboard editing page which has options to add a title and to drag and drop charts/statistics.
There is a box with a calendar icon that displays a selected date range. Click on the box to view a selected date range. There is also an option to view data for a specific day, week, month.
Note: You are able to change the date range on other sections such as Logins, Schools, and other sections.
Next to the date range, there are Graph icons to which the user have two options on how to view the current year's data compared to the previous two years: with bars or without bars. Click on the Graph icons to choose whether to include bars or not.
A Filter button allows you to filter the data by school or group. Click on the filter button and this will allow you see the school or group name and the number of students and teachers. You have the option to Hide Inactive Schools by clicking on the checkbox. You can enter text in the school or group in the text box. You also have the option to check the school or groups you want to filter and click on the Save button to filter the data. You can also Clear the filters if they are put in place. If you do not wish to make any changes, simply "X" at the top right hand corner or click on the Cancel button.
To view more detailed information about the overview, click on the Information icon and you will see more detailed information of the graph.
Note: You are able to click on the info button on other sections such as Logins, Schools, and other sections.
The Printer icon allows you to view the page in a printable format. By clicking on the icon, you will be able to view the data in print format, as well as the option to Escape (ESC) back to web format.

For more accurate analytics, update your expected number of users by clicking the Edit icon. For Unique Users, there is a drop down menu that allows you to change the time period and see the percentage of users that have logged on in that time period.
Note: The Unique Users can also be found in Login Summary and in Apps when you click on an app.
Under the Unique Users, there is a Pencil Icon that allows you to edit or Autofill the number of staff and students.
Note: The expected number of staff and students are based on the expected count from Roster Server or Launchpad data
With the Logins Per chart, you have the option to view data by clicking on day, week, or month for a specific time frame at the top of the page. The graph also has a Key section to show the trends over the past two years. You can move your mouse and hover over a specific year to see the specific trend of that timeline. You can also hover your mouse to the chart to see the percentage differences over the two years.
The dashboard also shows information about apps, including app launches and the most used app of the year. You can also click on the Apps section. More information can be found here.
Also found on the Dashboard are the Most Active schools, groups, or users for that specific date range. You can choose to view a specific category: schools, groups, or users. You can filter the number of logins as either increasing or decreasing numbers and choose how many items you want on the page.
