The Calendar Settings tab allows calendars to be uploaded.
Note: Holiday calendars will be added by default based on the user's respective country. These calendars can be disabled but not deleted.
To upload a calendar, click on the Calendar icon to add a calendar. A pop up window will appear and you can choose your saved calendar.
Note: By hovering your mouse over the icon, a message will appear to instruct the user that the calendar must be an ICS file. Calendars can come from applications such as Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar
Once a calendar is selected, a slide window will appear that will allow you to Preview the calendar and Hide/Show your calendar. You must click on the option to Share the calendar with the district in order to upload the calendar.
The Hide/Show toggle means that the events from the calendar may appear on the Dashboard and Logins section.
Once a calendar has been uploaded, there are three options to choose on what to do with the calendar. The eye allows you to preview the calendar in which a slide over calendar will appear to show events. The pencil will allow you to rename the calendar. The X button will delete the calendar. You can change whether to have events appear in the Dashboard by switching the Hide/Show toggle.
